She also assists her clients in the negotiation and drafting of complex contracts in the international environment, specifically regarding international business law, corporate law and employment law. Verena Moll also advises major contractors and real estate investors on their projects in Germany.

Passionate about the international dimension of her activity, Verena Moll has developed a recognised expertise in Private International Law. She is a regular speaker at international events, inter alia with other specialists in international civil procedure law, international sale of goods (CISG), compliance and business transactions.

In 2022, Verena Moll was awarded the “Prix des avocats allemands” by the Paris Bar Association, the German Bar Association (DAV) and the German Federal Bar Association (BRAK).
