Antje Luke advises companies on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and current corporate law. She advises her clients such as French, German and international family-owned businesses, groups of companies, start-ups and investment funds, in particular industrial funds also on other matters relating to commercial law, distribution, contract drafting and negotiation as well as compliance and regulatory issues.

In addition to her truly international experience, Antje Luke is known to act in both France and Germany, thanks to her in-depth knowledge of both cultures and legal systems and her dual training in German and French law. Passionate about her international activities, Antje Luke is involved in Franco-German legal associative life, speaks regularly at international events and is engaged in university teaching.

In 2014, Antje Luke was awarded the “Prix des avocats allemands” by the Paris Bar Association, the German Bar Association (DAV) and the German Federal Bar Association (BRAK).

In 2023, Antje Luke has been ranked as “Top Anwältin Mergers&Acquisition” in the Wirtschaftswoche Ranking.
